9D Breathwork

9D Breathwork is an immersive guided journey that combines breath, layered soundscapes, binaural beats, and voice to access deep states of emotional release and nervous system regulation. All sessions are one-on-one except the Group Session.

All formats are guided by a certified facilitator and held online, so you can participate from anywhere in the world.

• Guided breathwork journey — 45–60 minutes of immersive breath, sound, and voice
• Gentle return & integration — soft landing with grounding and reflection

1:1 vs Group

1:1 is ideal if you:

• Have specific trauma or deep emotional blocks
• Want a session tailored entirely to you
• Prefer complete privacy and one-on-one attention
• Are ready for a committed, multi-session journey

Group is ideal if you:

• Want an affordable, regular practice
• Enjoy the energy of a collective container
• Are curious about breathwork with low commitment
• Prefer not to be the sole focus of attention

Not recommended for: severe cardiovascular conditions, epilepsy, recent surgery, or during pregnancy. Full intake completed before first session.
