• Direct communication: when you contact us via WhatsApp, email, or the Zoom discovery call scheduler, you share information as part of that conversation.

• To process your booking and confirm your session
• To communicate with you about your sessions (scheduling, reminders, follow-up)
• To respond to your enquiries via WhatsApp, email, or other channels
• To process payments through our third-party payment processors

Under the UAE PDPL, you have the right to:

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data. Our website is served over HTTPS with a Content Security Policy. We do not store payment card details — these are handled directly by Stripe and Tabby. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Our services are not directed at individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If we become aware that a minor has provided us with personal data without parental consent, we will delete it.
